Condos Seattle

Here’s a peek into the condos in Seattle as of June 2023. According to Realtor.com, there were 680 listings! They ranged in price from as low as $50K with a monthly HOA of $6 for a 178 sq ft studio built in 1983 to as high as $12M for a 5356 sq ft luxury condo built in 1974 with a monthly HOA of $474! That’s quite a spread, and across 680, no less. This describes opportunities for every age, lifestyle, and income. This is good, considering Seattle is home to one of three campuses of the University of Washington.

Seattle is ranked third in the nation as the “best city for young professionals” by Niche.com. It scores an A+ as one of the best places to live in Washington State overall. It has excellent public schools, diversity, and outdoor activities, along with nightlife and short commutes, and promotes a healthy and fit culture. It’s at least above average in jobs and good weather and on par with the national average for the affordability of housing, cost of living, and others. It has three major airports and lots of bars, restaurants, and cafes.

Of course, there are cafes, considering Starbucks is from here. Is there a café more famous in the world? And what about the Space Needle and the birthplace of “grunge?” This is a world-class city with a culture and arts scene known worldwide. According to RocketHomes.com, median home prices here are $824K as of May 2023. This is a 1.7% increase year-over-year. As a result, it’s a good time for sellers to sell, which is why RocketHomes reports 15.8% more listings to choose from.
