It’s an immaculate townhome that’s detached, so it’s more like a single-family home. It has a nice deck, a gazebo, and a private path to the lake. For $10.45M, a 5K+ sq ft single-family home on more than a half-acre of waterfront property is built on Lake Sammamish. It has two private docks.
Lake Sammamish is ranked by Niche.com as one of the top suburbs to raise a family in Washington State. It scores an A+ rating on features like public schools, jobs and job commute, and crime. It even scores high on nightlife and outdoor activities, so it’s truly great for anyone. However, it only makes up the east side of the lake. There’s also West Lake Stevens, Northeast Bellevue, and Redmond to the NW and Issaquah to the South. These are separate markets that make up the Lake Stevens market.
According to market data from Redfin, home values dropped 1.5% year-over-year in Sammamish to $1.625M, while West Lake Sammamish/Bellevue dropped 8.3% to $1.65M. Prices tend to be higher on the west side since it’s closer to Lake Washington, which borders Seattle.
